1. Letting myself starving for one week is no good for me especially I focusing on getting stronger, bigger, and better so can’t missed meals at all. Understandable, Laura just a average person, not athletes or any relationship to bodybuilding. 😏 sure thing it work but there another way to lose weights by do low intensity cardio and just changed diets with good nutrition. Fact it’s waste of time 😂😂

    Whats your max needs to discover that 1 rep ego lifting or hypertrophy weightlifting like a factory worker doesn't build real muscle 🤣
