  1. I'm definitely feeling the emotions this week and trying not to throw a chronic illness pity party for myself while everyone else is trying to enjoy Christmas. So I get it! Hang in there. Sometimes you just have to evolve through treatments when things aren't working anymore, and let each day worry about itself. Don't let your bad days cause you to lose hope of having good ones again. (I'm guilty). I'd love to know who you are seeing near Orlando because I'm on the hunt for an understanding natural health doctor. Wishing you all the best ! ❀

  2. Hi Stephanie! Thank you for sharing your journey with us! You will overcome this! I'm in a similar situation as you, fighting lyme and I just started an herbal protocol with a new doctor about a month ago, I'm feeling tired all the times and angry at myself for being so sensitive to 1 single drop of a tincture only. Watching your video and seeing how you are taking care of yourself made me feel less lonely in this fight and wanting to be kinder to myself, thank you! P.S. I never heard of DNRS before, I might give it a go as well πŸ™‚

  3. Love that fireplace chickie…so elegant looking! I'm gonna have to check out those spices. That's a great price! Your videos are always so relaxing to watch. I love your choice in music always. 😘

  4. I cried for the first time to my ND this past week for the same reason! We whose various supplements and protocols are not really working for us are feeling discouraged because it's the end of the year and we reflect back and we are a bit sad b/c we are maybe losing some hope. Hang in there! We feel ya. If it makes you feel any better, I'm more sensitive to foods than you and I have no support system. All alone and it's been that way for some time! My list of supplements tried is just getting longer and longer.

  5. What do you think is causing your reflux? Is it related to you gastritis or are they separate issues?
I’ve had 24/7 reflux for 2 years. No other symptoms. Started getting reflux when I starting having bulletproof coffee in mornings 2 years ago. Now even water gives me reflux. Totally ruins your life 😏

  6. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. I found out in April 2021 I have Chronic Gastritis and it has made such a large impact on my life (physically and largely mentally with fears of future severe complications). I am 33 with 2 young kids, a full-time job, etc. My husband is also very kind and tries his best to be supportive but what a rollercoaster ride of a journey. I have seen 3 GI doctors that all say different things about Chronic Gastritis (it can heal, it can't heal, you should be better). I am seeing a naturopathic chiropractor office now for some sort of hope in digestive health. I have also developed a bunch of signs of autoimmune diseases since the start of this but traditional blood work looks normal. So, as lonely as this journey is, I appreciate how raw you are with us, especially in this video. You are a blessing. I admire your Faith, even through all the struggle. Thank you for being you. Also! I had emetaphobia for 27 yrs. I went through exposure therapy treatment for a year and it turned that all around for me. I just feel like I can relate to what you are going through & it is nice to find others to lean on for support. πŸ’—

  7. Hawkeye is soooo good! I’ve enjoyed watching it while still recovering from my laparoscopy November 10th and my lungs partially collapsing two days after. Lots of Marvel movies watched here. More food restrictions have been highly encouraged from my surgeon and I’m feeling discouraged. Watching your videos makes me not feel alone in chronic pain and issues. Thank you for being real and vulnerable!

  8. I am LOVING "Hawkeye"! Best Marvel series in my opinion. The episodes always seem too short! And you inspire me, Steph. Thank you for always being so open and vulnerable with us. I just had a rough week myself and trying to get out of it is SO FREAKING HARD. Also, that fireplace is GORGEOUS. Where did you all get it from?!?

  9. your videos give me hope during my healing process. Thank you for sharing your experience and helping us cope with our chronic illness and not feel alone πŸ™πŸΌ

  10. I feel you Steph πŸ˜“ it feels like forever for me too! Hard to get the stinkin thinkin out of ones head! And I don’t know about you but no one truly understands what it’s like to live in my body. It’s a very lonely life!
