1. I saw this two days ago on Instagram and started the soaking process. Today I made Pearl's version. Found this YouTube video so I could show my husband. Thank you for the content and putting it on both platforms.

  2. I've been having Quinoa every morning. I put 3/4 cups cooked quinoa in a pot, with some mixed berries and 2 cups water, sweetener, salt, psyllium husk, and gluccie. Turns kind of like the PPP, makes a giant serving, and is so satisfying. Normally I was just adding collagen to my trimmy, but recently bought the creamy dreamy plant protein, and have been adding that… its amazing!
