  1. Hey awesome youtube videos. We have tons of CBD products and would love for you to review them. Please contact us if you're interested! IG @Miami.Rave

  2. I just started taking a CBD oil pill after a coworker said it helped her feel tons better for her body pain. Each pill is 15mg of CBD. She would take 1 in the am and 1 at night. I'm not sure if it was a placebo or not, but I felt like I also noticed the difference soon. (Keto has been used for what I think is inflammation pain but I still have some) Then I was sore on my day off but the weather outside changed and I noticed that used to cause more pain for me. Also, before my days off, I had just worked 2nd shifts in a row at work and I'm typically more sore after doing that. I'm still testing things though.

  3. Podcast was Peter Attia's series with Matt Walker (third episode about an hour in). THC, similar to alcohol, will allow you fall asleep faster, but the quality of the sleep (rem, recovery properties , etc.) is worse. However, CBD he mentioned needs to be studied more, but he leaned more towards it NOT having the same negatives as THC/alcohol (e.g. REM blocking), though more research is needed.

  4. Thanks for the review! I am a huge CBD believer! I tore my MCL and sprained the medial ligament In my ankle when I fell down an embankment hiking on February 3rd this year. I was four miles from my car and made the decision to limp out. Eight weeks post injury I was still in pain. I still was unable to walk down the steps. I was unable to sit down without something to hold onto. I was still on crutches. I wasn’t sleeping because I was in pain. I decided to try CBD. I slept through the night and woke up rested after one dose. I also walked down the steps normally after one dose. My pain and inflammation were dramatically reduced. Modern medicine pushes opioids like they are candy but even talking about CBD is taboo. I had declined all of them and was made to feel like my pain was my fault. I think there are so many health benefits to CBD that we haven’t even begun to discover. I know it has changed my life…enough that I am almost able to return to the trail. I will be interested to hear a follow up about your sleep quality!
