  1. Thank you for focusing on lowering Cholesterol. For years I have tried eating better and exercising only to go to my doctor to discover my C is higher. Now I am going to try what you expressed in the video….I pray it goes down. The C medication causes leg cramps and weight gain for me, who wants that. Thanks again!

  3. Sorry but I'm type 2 diabetic and switching to low carb has lowered my HA1C from 8.0 to 5.7 and Cholesterol from 220 down to 160. LDL also went down from 120 to 67 and HDL went up slightly. So that advice about low carb being old fashion is bad advice. Sorry, Doc but lots of bad advice in this video. Olive oil is one of the best oils you can cook with and consume. Your body needs healthy fats mainly omega 3s like salmon. I also notice that he does not mention lectins in this entire video.

  5. Benecol is NOT vegan! They have added "milk and whey for added creaminess." 

    This is a great shame, because I was about to jump aboard to help my family-related high cholesterol when I looked it up and saw that they too had sold out to dairy. 👎

The food we consume in this recent times are bad… because of selfish individuals that want to make more money… if all these things created by God… are made for humans to consume… those set of individuals are producing adding chemicals to all these bad productions of food for man's consumption…

  7. Thank you for your beneficial info. As you said, I stopped eating any animal products for 5 months. LDL went down from 158 to 102. I have a question to ask. If someone could give me a tip on my wondering mind would be very much appreciated. It is said like Nuts, Dark chocolate, Coconut fat, Avocados, Olive oil provide good fat, and even lower LDL. These products also include Omega 6, or 9. How could they raise HDL and lower LDL then ?
